By automating every part of the transaction—including payments, freight, paperwork, warranty, and financing—we reduce what used to take months down to minutes. In this role, you will:

• Become ingrained in new category communities, becoming our expert on the nuances of products, seller/buyer dynamics, and existing community channels
• Build and execute on pipeline of sellers to ensure strong launch supply in your category
• Devise events and campaigns to generate buzz in your category, acquire new buyers, and ensure healthy demand as the category develops
• Once established, help build out the category team to drive continued growth in the vertical

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing role, and a track record of working quickly and iteratively
• You are a problem solver with strong project management skills and the ability to fully own strategy and execution on both sides of an emerging marketplace
• You have business acumen, are deeply analytical, and comfortable understanding and manipulating data to gain and take action on business insights
• Experience at a high-growth startup

About the Go-to-Market Team

• The Go-to-Market team at Garage is responsible for the expansion of our category suite and the continued growth of sellers and buyers on the platform. New Verticals is responsible for identifying, launching, and fully owning all sides of new high-potential product verticals.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 USD base + equity + benefits. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
