1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the job posting has not yet been published. Once a job posting goes live, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Add-on services such as featured listings, promoted posts, and newsletter inclusions that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
