Role overview:
Two Dots is looking for an Operations Program Manager to join our small, but growing team. In this role you will be responsible for building out the operations program designed to make our AI stronger. Additionally, you will be managing our underwriting and fraud forensics teams, overseeing their day to day and ensuring the program is scalable, efficient, and metrics driven. The ideal candidate will be data driven, strategic, and has experience in maintaining high quality customer support and/or data labeling operations.

Compensation is variable and is subject to a candidate’s personal qualifications and expectations. For this role, we offer the following base salary range, in addition to an equity package and full benefits: $150k - $225k per year.
