Job Summary:

The Core Product Manager will assist in the development of GoGo's product roadmap, services & cross functional initiatives. The position reports to the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations the launch of our newest acquisition channels: meal, grocery & medication delivery, home services and online fitness classes for older adults.
• Assist in the oversight of the product metrics dashboard & maintain reports of our customer acquisition funnels, retention curves & cohort monetization.
• Collaborate on adjustment efforts of the product to reduce the number of system-related closure requests.
• Assist with ideation, testing and deployment of product changes to improve acquisition, retention & monetization.
• Ideate, test & deploy new offerings that improve our acquisition, retention and monetization.
• Assist in the crafting of product roadmap documentation for others to easily understand the mechanics of our product. 
• Work with engineering to prioritize the clean-up of our engineering feature requests. 
• Interview customers to support your above responsibilities.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree.
• 3 years of experience in a product design role.
• Ability to write SQL queries to analyze data and help make decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication that can be tailored based on the  audience.
• Experience at resolving interdepartmental conflict.
• Highly proficient in conducting  customer interviews to  extract unbiased insights and feedback on our service offerings.
• You will be asked to take dozens of customer service calls a month, and listen to hundreds more.

1. 20 minute first call with our Fractional Head of People Operations
2. 60-90 minute take home case study.
3. Panel interview with Operations, Marketing & CEO based on your case study.
4. Final call with CEO.
