Account Executive (Full-cycle)

Cogram is an AI platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. We automate project admin and management with AI agents, such as RFIs & submittals, email filing, field notes, meeting minutes, or reporting. World-leading architecture and engineering firms use Cogram at scale. We’re backed by YC, Initialized, and other leading investors.

The architecture and engineering industry is a $13T market that still runs on email chains, spreadsheets, and manual data entry. We’re building the AI platform that replaces all of it. The problems are seriously hard: messy real-world data, deeply entrenched workflows, and users who need to trust the output on job sites in difficult environments. We’re a small team competing with companies 100x our size, and winning. The goal is to become the default AI platform for design and construction workflows.

What you’ll do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → demo → close → expand
• Build pipeline via cold-calling
  • Please note: expect to self-source by cold-calling for 2 hours / day. If you don’t want to cold-call or you rely on SDRs, this role is not a fit for you.
• Collaborate with product to improve the Cogram platform
• Work closely with the founders on scaling the company

 

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years of sales experience
• Strong cold-calling skills
• Metrics-driven, sharp communicator, fast learner
• Interest in AI automation; basic technical fluency is a plus

• Initial screen (20 minutes): This will be a virtual intro call for you to get to know us as a team and company, and for us to learn more about you.
• Sales interview (60 minutes)
• Cultural-fit interview (30 minutes): We'll use this interview to determine if we're aligned on values and would work well together as a team.
• Reference calls: we’ll ask you to share 1-2 references—current or former managers—for 10 minute reference calls.
