Surface unifies lead capture, qualification, and routing, follow-ups and long-term nurture — allowing marketers to spend 80% less time on manual ops work and more time finding creative ways to convert leads into revenue.
We're live in production with Surface AI agents processing 50K+ leads monthly, are backed by YC/ Garry Tan and Dharmesh Shah (co-founder of HubSpot), and just doubled our team size in the last 2 months across Engineering, Design, and GTM.
The Role
You'll work directly with the CEO to run outbound experiments and open doors at the right companies. High ownership, real GTM exposure, quota-carrying role.

Bonus: Experience selling to marketers or using SaaS tools (HubSpot, Salesforce). Used tools like Clay and Sales Navigator.
