Financial Controller

About the Role 

Clinikally is looking for a strategic Financial Controller to oversee our fiscal health and scale our financial infrastructure. In this role, you will manage the budget and reporting for a high-growth supply chain, ensuring that our inventory of Cosmetic products and Nutraceuticals is supported by precision-led financial planning and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Take full ownership of the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports while ensuring strict adherence to IND AS and statutory requirements. You will serve as the primary liaison for statutory audits to ensure a seamless year-end closing process.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with cross-functional leads to develop robust annual budgets and rolling 12-month forecasts. You will monitor spending variances and provide the financial roadmap for our expansion into specialized high-growth product niches.
• Advanced Analytics & Strategic Decisioning: Deliver deep-dive financial analysis to identify profitability trends across key medical categories. You will analyze the financial performance of high-performance actives such as hyaluronic acid serum, ceramide based moisturizer, etc.
• Group Consolidation & Internal Controls: Lead the consolidation of financial statements across group entities. You will manage inter-company transactions and implement a rigorous Internal Financial Control (IFC) framework to safeguard assets as we scale our Rx-grade private labels and global brand partnerships.
• ERP Optimization: Operates as the financial lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will optimize workflows for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) to ensure seamless integration with our digital pharmacy operations and partner brands.
• Market Intelligence & Working Capital: Stay ahead of competitor financial strategies and industry shifts in Teledermatology. You will analyze market demand for trending clinical products and optimize procurement and working capital cycles.
