Enhanced Radar is hiring a full-time Aviation Operations Analyst to join the team in San Francisco.

About this role

• In-person in San Francisco, 6 days per week
• You will be responsible for analyzing, understanding, and disseminating time-critical real-time aviation data
• New grads (or dropouts with a great reason) are welcome

About you

• High-agency
• Well-developed taste and theory of mind
• Strong English skills (flawless grammar, spelling, and composition)
• Adequate understanding or familiarity with aviation operations
• Interested in an intense work environment (65-hour weeks)

Compensation

• $100-125k base + benefits + equity
• Significant opportunity for role expansion
