What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated, execution driven individual to work closely with business and tech teams to develop useful features that are intuitive and address problems faced by users. While the primary responsibility is design, the role will involve high involvement in product decisions.

The ideal candidate should be high ownership, creative, and hands-on, and should be able to balance product and UX alongside building highly functional UIs that can be used continuously by power users (think Linear, Hubspot, Stripe).

Your Responsibilities

• Own the designs and create features that help our users do investment research easily
• Build solutions that involve presenting large amounts of financial data or information in an intuitive way
• Iterate based on customer feedback and drive improvements in the overall product experience
• Responsible for copy and messaging done to users such as website, email and push notifications

The Product Designer should be able to collaborate with the sales team to understand user feedback and with the technology team to explain designs and expected interactions.

You should have:

• Prior experience of 2-5 years in product design in B2B SaaS or enterprise
• A design portfolio that showcases current skills and experience
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
• Hands-on experience in the entire product and interface design lifecycle

Interview Process

The interview process is designed to evaluate your ability and cultural fit at Harmoney. We prefer hiring designers who can execute their work independently and have strong product skills.

We have one screener followed by 2 rounds of interviews. The screener typically lasts 15-20 mins and will give you an overview of Harmoney, and ensure that your career goals are aligned with what we are looking for.

About the interviews

The interview round will evaluate your design experience and thinking capability.

Each interview lasts around one hour. These will be conducted by existing members of the product and tech team.
