Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Join Brickwise to build "Alice," an autonomous AI property manager that handles voice calls, diagnoses maintenance issues, and dispatches contractors for thousands of units. With over $3M in funding and a >$1M enterprise contract already secured, you will be shipping code that immediately impacts real-world operations, moving far faster than a standard corporate role.

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about the product, and keen to ship 🚀 lots of code that makes customers happy.

This package matches Big Tech cash salaries combined with tech lead level equity - roughly 10x the market standard.

As this is a senior role, you will take ownership of core product areas from start to finish, as well as provide mentoring to other engineers as we expand. We expect you to be highly customer facing, and to have significant impact on core business objectives.

You will work closely alongside our founders: a CTO (ex-Google Senior Engineer) who scaled products to >$100m ARR, and a CEO who has previously scaled a venture-backed AI platform.

We’re not all work though. As a team we enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis, board games, computer games, and the cheeky beer (or diet coke) on a Friday evening. If you’re not having fun at a startup, then you’re doing it wrong :)
