About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Management Intern (Market Research & Growth) to help us uncover insights and opportunities as we expand into the mid-market. This is a paid internship where you’ll dive deep into market research, competitive analysis, and experimentation to guide our GTM strategy.

You’ll partner with our Marketing and BDR teams to spot trends, surface insights, and shape our approach to winning new customer segments. You’ll also get to run creative, fast-paced experiments that test traction with startups and new market verticals.

If you’re analytical, curious, and love connecting data to strategy, this is your chance to build product intuition in a fast-moving AI startup.

What You’ll Do

Market Research & Insights

• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the accounting and fintech ecosystem
• Create concise one-pagers and strategic briefs to help our GTM and product teams make data-informed decisions
• Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging market patterns that Truewind can capitalize on

Growth Experiments

• Design and execute quick experiments to test traction in new verticals or channels
• Analyze performance data to identify signals and iterate on what works

GTM Enablement

• Support sales and marketing with materials that highlight Truewind’s differentiators
• Build narratives and insights that help the team close deals and expand reach

What We’re Looking For

• Hungry, curious, and analytical — you love digging into markets and finding patterns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in startups, GTM strategy, and AI products
• Comfortable balancing structure with speed — testing ideas and moving fast
• Bonus: experience with research, growth, or early-stage startup projects
