As an Integrations Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for onboarding new partners and integrating our platform into their systems. You’ll bridge the gap between our product, engineering, and partner teams—designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations that deliver exceptional B2B experiences while ensuring a smooth consumer-facing flow.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and enjoys working directly with both internal teams and external partners.
Lead partner integrations end-to-end, from discovery to deployment, ensuring seamless connectivity between our APIs and partner systems.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success to scope and prioritize integration requirements.
Develop, configure, and test custom integration solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and partner-specific protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working directly with partner technical teams when needed.
Create technical documentation, API guides, and implementation playbooks for both internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain internal tools and scripts to improve integration workflows and monitoring.
Provide technical insights to influence product roadmap decisions, especially for integration-related features and capabilities.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
