UGC Creator / Social Media Intern (NYC-based)

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, action-oriented intern to support our UGC and social media efforts. If you're excited about making short-form video content, experimenting with new ideas, and seeing your work go live quickly, this is for you. You’ll get exposure to the inner workings of an early-stage, VC-backed startup and work directly with the co-founders.

• Concept, shoot, and edit UGC-style videos around English fluency and pronunciation tips
• Experiment, analyze, and iterate fast to grow reach and performance
• Research TikTok trends, audio, and competitors to inform content strategy
• Help identify and reach out to other creators who match our brand for potential partnerships or content collaborations

Qualifications:

• You are a creator yourself, with experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram, including being on camera
• You are social media-savvy, creative, and interested in growth/marketing
• You know how to use Canva, CapCut, or other simple editing tools
• You are motivated, creative, scrappy, and enjoy self-directed work
• Must be located in NYC so you can work with us in person

Compensation & Perks

• Paid internship (salary prorated based on schedule)
