We have live product, signed ad platform partnerships, and active enterprise conversations with some of the largest companies in tech. Our early GTM motion is working. Now we need someone to scale it.
The Role
This is a dedicated GTM hire.
The job is simple in theory and difficult in practice: find AI apps with real traffic, reach the founders, start conversations, and move them to integration.
You will own the full developer acquisition funnel from prospecting to signed integration. The playbook exists and is constantly evolving. Your job is to run it at volume, sharpen it, and scale it into a repeatable machine.
You own both sides of the funnel. Outbound to open doors. Inbound to make sure the right developers find us. The best GTM people don't just send messages. They build the channels, content, and positioning that make acquisition compound over time.
You'll work directly with the CEO, learning at the cutting edge of a fast-moving AI startup.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain target lists of AI-native apps with real users and no monetization path. Scale our outbound motion across LinkedIn, email, and founder networks. Develop and optimize inbound channels that attract AI developers to us. Book and qualify meetings with AI app founders. Drive pilots to integration in coordination with the CEO. Maintain tight pipeline discipline. No dropped threads, no missed follow-ups. Surface objections, refine messaging, iterate weekly. Track metrics and build on the early case studies already in motion.
What Success Looks Like
Consistent outbound volume that doesn't dip. Growing inbound interest from developers who already know what we do. Predictable weekly meeting flow with qualified founders. Signed integrations generating revenue. A scaled acquisition motion that compounds.
Who You Are
1-3 years in dev sales, dev rel, BD, or GTM at a startup. Comfortable reaching out cold, every day. Strong writer. Detail oriented. Self-directed. Resilient under rejection.
You are tuned in. You study how the best startups actually acquire customers today. You know what works and what doesn't. You have opinions on GTM strategy and you're constantly refining them. You don't need to be managed. You need to be pointed in a direction.
Bonus
Worked at a developer tools or infrastructure startup. Technical literacy. You understand AI-native product ecosystems and the people building them. AdTech knowledge is a nice to have but not required!
