About You
Startup-y: You’re a natural fit for a small, early stage startup – a doer, high energy and willing to take bold risks. You are a highly motivated person who can both plan and execute, with a strong mix of people skills, operational skills and passion for what we do. You are resourceful and take the initiative to spearhead projects and drive them to completion. You don’t wait to be asked or told what to do – you’re the one proposing ideas and plans, and doing what it takes to push them forward every day to a high standard.
Community builder: Ideally you have built communities before and can hit the ground running. You love the challenge and excitement of spotting and growing a movement. You understand the Zeitgeist. You listen carefully to customers, get to know them and know how to spark connections among them.
Mission-oriented: Importantly, you should love what we are building and deeply understand our target users.
Be where you’re needed: You should be based in SF, NYC or LA and willing to travel for events or to meet with members.
Bonus: You ideally have a personal affinity for, or professional experience with, elevated experiences. Familiarity with fintech, alternative investment products and/or AI is a big plus.
About the Role
At GoodFin, the latest technology meets the world of private wealth. Our membership of accredited investors has grown to date primarily by word of mouth, and it’s time to take things to the next level.
We’re looking for a dedicated Community & Memberships Manager to lead and grow our community initiatives. You’ll be the bridge between GoodFin and our users—building trust, engagement, and growth through thoughtful programming, authentic interactions, and unforgettable events. You should have a strong ability to build meaningful connections with high value consumers, forge brand partnerships, and create buzz in the market.

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for ensuring that the member journey end-to-end provides maximum value to members. This is a highly autonomous role that includes both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution in establishing and building our membership programs.
