As a Founding BDR, you’ll work closely with our CEO and be the tip of the spear for revenue growth by generating pipeline, engaging with leads, and participating in conferences and webinars.

You’ll be expected to review and constantly iterate on our outbound and inbound processes and to convert ad-hoc processes into a high-performing funnel.

You need to be comfortable with modern sales automation tools and need to be proactive in researching and implementing tools that can help us accelerate growth.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in shaping a GTM machine from the ground up, and to work directly with the CEO, CTO, Product, and Design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage daily, high-input outbound activities. Expect at least 100+ touchpoints per day
  • Own top-of-funnel lead generation, developing customized outreach cadences to engage potential leads at scale
  • Constantly analyze and iterate on outbound approach
  • Collaborate on setting up inbound activities and funnels
  • Participate in conferences and webinars with CEO
  • Participate in product discussions to keep a tight feedback loop between potential customers and the product roadmap

Qualifications

A great candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • 2–4 years in a BDR/SDR role, including at least 1 year at a tech startup
  • Consistently exceeded quota in previous roles
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach, lead generation and enrichment tools, as well as CRM systems
  • Firm understanding of key prospecting metrics
  • Proven ability to build or refine sales workflows
  • Ability to understand deep, complex problems from a customer conversation
  • You love learning about tech and AI
  • Experience with corporate finance is a plus, but not required
