Nowadays is the first AI platform for planning corporate events. For example, our AI can contact venues by email and phone to get availability, deal with back-and-forth negotiations, and present the best options.

We've proudly planned events ranging from Amazon's intimate executive dinners in New York, to Quantstamp's product launch in Turkey, to Google's offsite at Universal.

Within the first 6 months of launching, Nowadays has experienced exponential growth, growing to $3.4M in booked revenue from customers including Amazon, Google, and Notion.

Nowadays' leadership team is comprised of talented MIT and Ivy League graduates as well as prestigious backgrounds including Google, Meta, Amazon, Doordash, and McKinsey.

As a Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, launching campaigns and creating content that has a real impact on our company's growth and brand.

• Write and produce content for our blog, social media, case studies, and email newsletters.
• Grow our social media channels through community engagement and performance analysis.
• Help plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads.
• Analyze marketing data to measure campaign success and inform our future strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand our customers and refine our messaging.

📝 Position Details

Timeline

The internship runs during the Fall (late Aug/early Sep to mid/late Dec), with an opportunity to extend.

Full-Time Opportunity

This internship has the potential to convert to a full-time offer upon graduation.

Compensation & Housing

We offer a competitive package that includes a generous housing stipend or company-covered housing, plus commuter benefits.

Commitment

This is a full-time (at least 40 hours/week), fully in-person role at our San Francisco office.
