About This Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Product Manager who will take full ownership of the user experience across some of our most critical product areas. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping the entire user journey, from account setup to connecting platform accounts, validating imported data, and delivering ongoing, actionable reporting. You’ll gain a deep understanding of our customers’ workflows and challenges, especially those of CFOs and accountants, and design thoughtful, efficient solutions that meet their needs end to end. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend engineers, other product managers, and the customer support team to ship intuitive, reliable experiences that make complex financial data feel approachable and intuitive.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end user experience strategy and roadmap across key journeys, including onboarding, platform integrations, data validation, reconciliation workflows, and ongoing reporting
  • Partner closely with frontend engineering to define, scope, and deliver high-impact experiences with speed, clarity, and attention to detail
  • Deeply understand user workflows, pain points, and goals through direct customer conversations, behavior analytics, and hands-on testing
  • Translate insights into crisp product designs, user stories, and success metrics that accelerate decision-making and drive alignment across teams
  • Monitor adoption, track UX performance metrics, and iterate quickly to improve usability, reduce friction, and deliver measurable value
  • Drive iterative product delivery that delivers near-term value while progressively addressing foundational UX improvements for long-term scalability.
  • Think in systems, not isolated screens, designing experiences that are cohesive, extensible, and built on reliable, accurate data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Support, Sales, and Success to ensure every touchpoint reinforces a seamless and consistent customer experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • You have 5+ years of product management or design experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy B2B platforms
  • You have founder (or early stage startup) experience and have a proven track record of ruthless prioritization for the customer’s best interest
  • You’ve owned a roadmap before and can back up your prioritization with a strong point of view
  • Stay deeply customer-centered by engaging directly with users, translating their needs into thoughtful product designs and detailed mocks, and partnering closely with engineers to iterate, implement, and test effective solutions
  • You can toggle between strategy and detail without losing the thread
  • You write and communicate clearly, concisely, and often
  • Bonus: you’ve built world-class user onboarding systems UX or accounting systems UX
