We are launching our Dallas office from scratch, where we will scale our product-market fit for our renter's insurance programs. You’ll own the metrics, operations, hiring, and outcomes for our Dallas office. We’ve built the early team and processes, and you’ll make it 100x better.

What we’re looking for

We’re hiring hard workers and fast learners who want a serious career in operations and leadership. We are in-person only and full-time. The work is challenging, and the hours are long, but we make it worthwhile. In-office six days a week. You should be very excited about the opportunity to teach and develop the next generation of sales reps and closers, and the autonomy that comes with leading a group of people.

What You’ll Do

• Make sure everyone knows and delivers on their role and expectations
• Own the metrics.
• Handle schedules, tech stack, and anything else the office needs to stay sharp and productive.
• Tighten workflows and automations
• Source, interview, and hire

Compensation
