We’re hiring an Operations Lead – Customer GTM to help us build the systems and playbooks that power how we onboard, support, and grow our HVAC distributor and contractor customers.
Above all else, we need a strong operator—someone who thrives on solving problems, building structure, identifying bottlenecks, and improving the way teams execute. Our go-to-market motion is still evolving, and we’re looking for someone who can help bring clarity and repeatability to a fast-moving, high-impact part of the business.
You’ll focus on the internal mechanics behind our customer-facing efforts: onboarding playbooks, customer success process, CRM upkeep, and product usage tracking. You’ll report directly to our COO/Co-Founder and play a key role in simplifying the lives of our customers through systems and execution.
Location: Strong preference for West Coast (Bay Area or Seattle)
Travel: Up to 30% (including team onsites)
Compensation: Competitive salary + meaningful equity in a seed-stage company
Many HVAC contractors are former technicians and the vast majority don’t have the team to manage complicated software platforms or disparate data sources. Yet they’re expected to piece together product specs, pricing, availability, rebates, and imagery from scattered sources and present it clearly to homeowners.
They’re being asked to do too much — and it’s hurting everyone involved. Distributors and manufacturers depend on contractors to close the sale, but homeowners are left making $10–$20K decisions based on proposals lacking basic details: no product information, performance data, images, or rebate details — just a model number and a price.
We’re fixing that. Onsite partners with distributors to give contractors a live digital pricebook with the ability to add an integrated proposal tool — making it easy to build professional, accurate, and homeowner-friendly proposals in minutes, with no setup or ongoing admin.
