Program Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Program Manager to own the coordination between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your role is to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery across our projects. You'll be the go-to person for surfacing risks early, unblocking progress, and keeping everyone on the same page.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and internal project teams.
• Drive clear and consistent communication across teams to align expectations and priorities.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks across multiple projects.
  Track project progress and deliverables to ensure they’re aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate planning sessions, status updates, and post-mortems.
  Maintain clear documentation of timelines, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
• Support teams in staying organized and focused on delivery without micromanaging.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in an enterprise saas environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re good at navigating ambiguity and surfacing what matters.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset when it comes to risk identification and mitigation.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Willingness to work from our office in Bordeaux, France.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or product-led company.
• Background in agile methodologies or scaled project frameworks.
• A knack for simplifying complex projects and making them feel manageable.
