Ohm is the AI agent platform for battery teams. We train agents in electrochemistry, physics, modeling, and data engineering to embed directly into workflows across R&D, validation, and manufacturing, helping teams evolve faster with AI.

We are a lean, talent-dense team of engineers, creatives and PhD scientists based in San Francisco. We are an AI-first team and use AI to move faster with higher quality results, across every area of the company. We are backed by Y Combinator and other world-class investors as well as serial founders and builders.

Your mission in this role

You’ll be directly responsible for developing our core platform for deploying AI agents within enterprises. You’ll work across the stack to ship real features used by scientists, engineers, and manufacturers to accelerate innovation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys shipping fast, and wants to work on a deeply technical product with real-world impact. You’ll

• Build and ship new agent capabilities end-to-end across our TypeScript + Python + Go stack
• Develop and optimize backend services that power large-scale LLM pipelines, agents, and real-time data interactions
• Work on performance-critical infrastructure for ingesting, querying, and visualizing time series data
• Design and deploy tools to evaluate, fine-tune, and serve AI workflows and agents in production
• Contribute to dev tooling, CI/CD, observability, and system resilience as we scale
