Frontend Engineer & Designer

Join the AI team at Arist, the leading enablement platform used by teams at the world’s leading organizations like Novartis, HP, and Intuit.

You'll work directly with cofounders and our founding engineer to define and deliver the user experience layer of our end to end enablement agentic AI system that we’re building out over the next 6-12 months.

We need someone who is incredible at rethinking designs for human workflows from ground-up, and who has opinions on how humans will interact with AI technology in the next 5-10 years.

What you'll build:

• Admin experiences for managing AI agents and workflows
• Messaging-based learning interfaces (SMS, Teams, Messenger)
• UI components that adapt to complex state and role logic
• UX patterns for agent oversight, content editing, and data visualization
• Design system and visual language for a new class of enterprise software

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong frontend skills in Vue.js (or similar)
• First principles thinker
• Can translate ambiguous product needs into usable, beautiful interfaces
• Thinks in systems: reusable components, scalable design patterns, accessibility
• Can handle both Figma and code
• Moves fast, iterates quickly, and has an eye for detail
