Content Writer/ AI content specialist

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Content Writer to own and execute Retell AI’s content strategy. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who blends creativity with a data-driven mindset, has a strong grasp of SEO best practices, and can turn complex topics into engaging, value-packed content.

You’ll be responsible for writing high-quality articles, optimizing content for search, and supporting our digital marketing initiatives across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and website copy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly SEO research to identify keyword opportunities and content trends

• Monitor and optimize target keywords to boost organic search visibility

• Research and pitch blog topics aligned with audience interests and market trends

• Write and publish at least 12 high-quality articles per month

• Track content performance using metrics like traffic, keyword rankings, and backlinks

• Continuously update and improve existing articles based on performance data

• Prepare a monthly content performance report with actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar

• Minimum 1 year of professional content writing experience

• Strong understanding of user-focused, value-based content creation

• Ability to translate technical or complex topics into clear, engaging copy

• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, measuring, and optimizing

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule, about 20-25h per week — fully remote

Compensation

• $3,000/month
