Adam Residency

This 10-week, full time program, based in our San Francisco office, offers recent graduates and early career professionals a chance to gain meaningful experience at a fast growing AI startup.

Residents at Adam have the same autonomy as full time engineers and researchers. You'll have significant ownership and responsibility from day one, with your impact limited only by your initiative and ambition.

We're a small, collaborative team that values curiosity, multidisciplinary thinking and shipping high quality products quickly.

Who You Are

You enjoy building great technology alongside passionate teammates. You thrive when given ownership, responsibility and open-ended problems. You’re excited by the idea of having practically endless compute to experiment this summer.

Some Potential Summer Projects:

•⁠ ⁠Prototype a token‑level B‑rep + feature generator with structured function calls think “extrude”, “fillet”, etc. emitted as tokens.

•⁠ ⁠Ship an open CAD benchmark plus an auto‑eval harness that scores generative accuracy (feature‑tree match, geometric overlap, constraint solvability) and autoupdates a leaderboard

•⁠ ⁠Fine-tune image to 3d mesh models for bespoke items (i.e footwear)

If it looks like a match, we'll reach out to schedule personal and technical interviews. The final step is a paid onsite work trial, where you'll spend time collaborating closely with our team.
