Keye (YC F24) is building the world’s smartest private equity analyst. We are not only focused on speeding up the due diligence process in PE but also helping investors generate alpha in the process. We are the first of a kind in the market and focused on solving the hard problems in due-diligence.

When firms use Keye to analyze deals, they’re tapping into a wealth of diligence knowledge and best practices that are baked into our proprietary analysis engine from over a decade of investor experience. With rapid deal analysis, firms can easily decide which deals are worth spending time on and then rapidly move forward on the best ones. 

We are a group of investors and engineers (Ex-Tesla, Goldman Sachs, Vista Equity Partners, McKinsey, multitude of startups). Our founding team has been part of 4 successful acquisitions as early employees, has over 20 total years of experience in M&A investing, and have been previous founders.

Keye is generating revenue and has grown 600% in the past 6 months (some press about our growth here) . We're backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley including Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Sorenson Capital, PlugnPlay etc.

What You’ll Be Doing

Help us grow Keye by getting customers and driving revenue!

You’ll be at the forefront of our sales and growth engine, working directly with the founders to identify and reach the people who need our product. From curating leads to closing deals, you’ll play a key role in driving Keye’s success.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Research and Build: Understand the private equity landscape, create curated lead lists, and identify the best opportunities.
• Lead Outbound Campaigns: Design and manage personalized sales outreach campaigns that resonate with prospective customers.
• Collaborate and Strategize: Partner with Marketing and founders to uncover new sales channels and refine our approach.
• Master CRM Systems: Build, maintain, and optimize our customer relationship processes while staying in touch with prospective clients.
• Learn and Grow: Start by generating leads, then grow into a full-cycle sales professional. We believe in giving you opportunities to expand your skills and take on more responsibility.
• Close Deals: Ultimately, help us close deals and make a meaningful impact on our top-line growth.
