What you’ll do

• You will be the air-traffic control for Openlayer customers
• Work closely with customers to fix bugs and implement requested features and integrations
• Deliver customer feedback and larger feature requests to product teams
• Work with sales teams to ensure customer renewals and identify expansion opportunities

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience engineering across the stack, with a deep understanding of frontend (TypeScript, React, and Next.js) and backend (Python, Flask, Docker, AWS, etc.) languages and frameworks.
• Strong debugging skills
• Scrappiness — you will need to rapidly iterate on customer requests
• Outstanding communication skills
• An understanding of AI systems, or a willingness to learn
