About the Role

We’re looking for a founding full-stack engineer to shape our technical foundation and build core product features. You’ll work closely with the founding team to build and deploy mission critical AI applications for highly regulated enterprises.

Responsibilities

- Design and build end-to-end product features (backend, frontend, integrations)

- Contribute to technical strategy, architecture, and feature prioritization

- Ensure scalability and compliance of applications in a fast-evolving environment

Minimum Requirements

- Expertise in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and tools.

- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

- Proficiency with version control systems, notably Git.

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a high-velocity tech environment.

- Passionate about AI with a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest LLM developments and trends.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and the ability to convey complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in AI/ML or voice technology integrations

- Familiarity with fintech or compliance-driven products
