About Meticulate

LLM-powered company intelligence platform. Using extensive LLM pipelines, we provide powerful company finding, tracking, and researching capability to investment and sales teams. By using LLMs to consume and structure enormous amounts of information per company, we can serve requests that existing platforms like Pitchbook, Grata, AlphaSense, Apollo, and Clay can’t handle. We’re a seed-stage startup out of Y Combinator Winter 2024, backed by leading AI investors including Link Ventures, Cervin Ventures, and Leonis Capital.

Gaining traction on both self-serve and enterprise offerings. After recently rolling out our enterprise product, we’ve seen great commercial traction with multiple large ($B’s in AUM) investment firms and sales teams. We have big milestones to hit and need help to get it all done!

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer (employee #1). You’ll be working closely with us (co-founders Joseph + Wilbur) on the engineering team and you’ll have significant ownership over the parts of the product you want to cover. As an early engineer, you will be all over the codebase, from spinning up infra to placing pixels on the frontend.

• Love to work with new technologies and are excited about solving challenging and unfamiliar technical problems
• Work hard and take pride in your work
• Thrive in a fast-paced small team/startup environment (in-person in the office is default working environment)
• Enjoy building transformational tools for our very demanding customer set

Our tech stack:

• AWS for cloud infrastructure
• Python on the backend - Celery for task management
• React (Typescript) for the frontend
• Lots of LLM-related stuff that we can chat about
