We’re hiring a People Operations Coordinator to be the glue behind the scenes, keeping things efficient, human, and joyful. This role blends office management, people operations, and executive support. You’ll help us scale our culture, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and create the experiences that make working at Quindar meaningful.
From onboarding new hires to planning offsites, supporting executives, and making sure the office runs seamlessly, you’ll be central to our team’s rhythm and growth. ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
First Round - Screening Call (30m) The Hiring Manager will walk through your experience, the role, and make sure we are in alignment with the expectations (75% Behavioral, 25% Technical).
Second Round (60 min) Interview with CEO, other leadership for cultural and experience fit
Third Round (1 hour - take home) Operations Challenge - walk through scenario that you might see at Quindar
Fourth Round (45 min) Interview with the Hiring Manager to walk through operations challenge.
Reference Check The Hiring Manager will ask for 2 references within the last 5 years. These can be former managers or colleagues.
Offer The hiring manager will reach out with a verbal offer and a formal offer within 24 hours of notification.
Reverse Reference Check We will coordinate a time for you to meet 1:1 with a recent new hire to ask questions about working at Quindar.
